Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the initial purchase. Refunds for renewals are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SatLink.space and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to any data, information, or content you submit to the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SatLink.space shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability to you for any damages arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SatLink.space and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your account settings.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SatLink.space is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
